This is crocheted with Lion Brand Wool Ease yarn in Burgundy Sprinkles. You can wear it as a cowl or pull the strings and have a hat!! Measures 16" X 9" with a lot of stretch.
It has the feel, warmth and softness of wool, combined with the easy care of machine wash-and-dryability. You may want to throw it in an old pillow case to keep from catching on things.
Background
I started crocheting for Blood Cancer United after my husband was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia on December 27, 2012. He is in remission now and doing well.
Blood Cancer United works hard to find a cure to help so many people . . . . from small children to the elderly . . . . cancer knows no boundaries.
